We are proud to host clinics throughout the year with some of the finest horsemen in the
business. A variety of classes are offered for all levels of riders and horses. We hope that you will
join us at these clinics in our pursuit of excellent horsemanship.
Stabling is available for your horse, and motel accommodations are nearby.
2012 Clinic Schedule
Pat Puckett- April 20, 21, 22.
Horsemanship Class: 3 full days. Groundwork Friday a.m., riding Friday p.m. Pat works individually
with each horse on Saturday. Riding all day on Sunday. Cost is $350. Limited to 10 riders.
Pat is from California, and teaches California Style Vaquero horsemanship that applies to all disciplines.

Greg Eliel- May 11, 12, 13.
Horsemanship 1 Class: morning half-days on Friday-Sunday. Cost is $350.
Horsemanship 2 Class: afternoon half-days on Friday-Sunday. Cost is $350.
Private lessons: offered on Monday May 14th. $125 per hour.
Greg is from Wisdom, Montana, where he raises and trains Warmblood/Tb crosses. Greg's concept
with owners and horses is to Keep it Safe. He is an excellent communicator and easily bridges the gap
between the "English" and "Western" disciplines.

Colt Starting Class: all day on Thursday, and morning half-days on Friday- Sunday. Cost is $450.
Horsemanship Class: afternoon half-days on Friday-Sunday. Cost is $350.
Cow Working Class: in the evenings on Friday- Sunday. Cost is $350 plus $90 cattle charge. Limited
to 5 riders.
Heavily influenced by Bill Dorrance and Ray Hunt, Joe gets results with a minimum of stress to the
horse. He has a non-structured, personal approach to his clinics.

Buster McLaury- July 6, 7, 8.
Horsemanship Class: morning half-days on Friday-Sunday. Cost is $400.
Cow Working Class: afternoon half-days on Friday-Sunday. Cost is $400 plus $90 cattle charge.
Private lessons: offered on Monday July 9th. $75 per hour.
A native Texan, Buster has cowboyed and started colts for ranches such as the 6666's, the JA, the
Johnson and the Triangle Ranch. Influenced by Ray Hunt, Buster believes that "true horsemanship
has become more of a journey to be enjoyed than a goal to be reached."

All clinics require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a space in a class. Make checks payable to:
SSF Acquisitions, 14 Perryville Rd., Pittstown, NJ 08867. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to clinic.
All clinics start at 9a.m.
Auditor fee at all clinics is $25 per day. No pre-registration needed.
There will be a $30 per day cattle charge for all Cow Working Classes.
Stalls and Camper Hookups are available.
